Indication
Treatment of amenorrhea, abnormal uterine bleeding caused by hormonal imbalance without organic abnormalities such as submucous fibroids or uterine cancer and endometriosis.
Dosage
FOR ALL AGES
Before using this drug, a general health examination and a gynecological examination (including a breast and pelvic examination) must be carried out carefully and be ensured first that the patient is not pregnant.
Amenorrhea and uterine bleeding
Therapy with this drug must be adjusted to the specific indication and therapeutic response of each patient. For amenorrhea therapy or abnormal uterine bleeding, the menstrual cycle is estimated at 28 days. The first day of bleeding is counted as the first day of the cycle. Therapy begins on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle and continues until the 25th day.
Dosage: 5-20 mg a day.
Endometriosis
For endometriosis therapy, the initial dose is 10 mg daily for 2 weeks and the dose can be increased 5 mg per day every 2 weeks until the maximum dose is 30 mg per day. Therapy can be continued for 6-9 months; if bleeding persists, therapy must be stopped temporarily.
