Indication
Seasonal allergic rhinitis
For the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis due to allergens such as ragweed, grass, and tree pollens in adults and children aged ≥2 years. Symptoms treated effectively include sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal pruritus, ocular pruritus, tearing, and redness of the eyes.
Perennial allergic rhinitis
For the relief of symptoms associated with perennial allergic rhinitis due to allergens such as dust mites, animal dander and molds in adults and children aged ≥2 years. Symptoms treated effectively include sneezing, rhinorrhea, postnasal discharge, nasal pruritus, ocular pruritus, and tearing.
Chronic urticaria
For the treatment of the uncomplicated skin manifestations of chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and children aged ≥2 years. It significantly reduces the occurrence, severity, and duration of hives and significantly reduces pruritus.

Instructions
Ritez FT is to be placed on the tongue, allowed to disperse or dissolve in the saliva, and then swallowed anywhere, without the need for water and chewing.
The time of administration may be varied to suit individual patient needs. Usually given as a single daily dose, with or without food.
Patients with Hepatic Impairment
In patients 12 years of age and older with hepatic impairment, a dose of 5 mg once daily is recommended.
In patients aged 6 to 11 years with impaired hepatic function, the lower recommended dose should be used.
Patients with Renal Impairment
In patients 12 years of age and older with decreased renal function (creatinine clearance 11-31 ml/minute), or patients on hemodialysis (creatinine clearance less than 7 ml/minute), a dose of 5 mg once daily is recommended.
In patients aged 6 to 11 years with impaired renal function, the lower recommended dose should be used.
