Precaution
Patient with renal impairment
No dosage adjustment is required for patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. Monitoring of potassium levels and creatinine is advised in moderate renal impairment. No data is available for severe cases (creatinine clearance <10 ml/minute).
Patient with hepatic impairment
Due to valsartan and amlodipine, caution should be required when administering TENSIVASK DUO to patient with hepatic impairment or biliary obstructive disorders.
Dosage
The recommended dose is one tablet per day.
