Dexa Group, was named the Indonesia Most Acclaimed Company (IMACO) 2022 in the Healthcare Industry category for Outstanding Corporate Strategy for Innovative Business by Warta Ekonomi. This award validates Dexa Group’s commitment as a national pharmaceutical company to continue innovating via competitive product research and development to achieve pharmaceutical independence. Dexa Group has earned the IMACO Awards for the sixth time.
Mr. Edy Nurmansyah, Warta Ekonomi Business Director, presented the 2022 IMACO Awards remotely to Mr. Sonny Himawan, Dexa Group Head of Corporate Communications, on Thursday, May 19, 2022.

One of which is through Indonesian Indigenous Modern Medicine (IIMM), developed from native Indonesian biodiversity,” Mr. Sonny Himawan said when he accepted the award.
Meanwhile, Mr. Edy Nurmansyah expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Dexa Group for continually creating and improving Indonesian Indigenous Modern Medicine goods to ensure the independence of local pharmaceutical products. “Dexa Group is a pioneer in OMAI goods created from Indonesian natural components, with products supplied to numerous Asian and African nations, including Nigeria, Cambodia, and the Philippines,” he added.
Mr. Muhammad Ihsan, the CEO and Chief Editor of Warta Ekonomi outlined three disruptions that the sector must confront in his address: the COVID-19 pandemic, digitization, and millennials, and how organizations must stay innovative, flexible, and digital.
Mr. Fadel Muhammad, the Founder and President Commissioner of Warta Ekonomi, noted that the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) predicts that the Indonesian economy will rise by 3.69 percent in 2021, up from 2.07 percent in 2020. On the same occasion, Mr. M. Arsjad Rasjid, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated that the Indonesian economy was rebounding, with economic growth in the first quarter of 2022 increasing by 5.01 percent year on year (YoY). He asked industry participants to collaborate and continue to develop to capitalize on existing possibilities and help Indonesia realize its objective of becoming a Golden Indonesia by 2045.
