Indication

HYCEL is indicated for helping to prevent or reduce postoperative adhesions after abdominal and pelvic surgery.

General Purpose Catheter is designed to be inserted through a laparoscopic cannula for the delivery and application of a surgical adhesive/sealant for various hemostatic and/or tissue bonding uses during laparoscopic surgery.

Composition

  • Sodium hyaluronate 10 mg/ml
  • NaCl 8.5 mg/ml
  • Na₂HPO₄ 0.34 mg/ml
  • NaH₂PO₄ 0.14 mg/ml
  • Water for injection q.s to weight

  • This general purpose catheter is supplied sterile. The catheter is disposable and intended for SINGLE USE ONLY.
  • DO NOT clean or resterilize this device for reuse.
  • Reuse of this device may damage or impair its performance, resulting in product damage, procedural failure, patient injury, adverse effects caused by cross-contamination and/or infection.
  • Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
  • This device must be opened immediately before use to prevent potential contamination.
