SOUTH TANGERANG – A healthy lifestyle is more than a passing trend; it is an essential part of maintaining long-term quality of life. This message was at the heart of the Indonesia Wellness Festival (Wellfest) 2026, themed “The New Paradigm of Sustainable Living,” held from September 4–6, 2026, at Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall, South Tangerang.
In line with this spirit, Dexa Group participated by presenting various activities encouraging the public to pay greater attention to their health. Among these was the Free “Triangle” Health Check organized by PT Dexa Medica through its Dharma Dexa initiative. Through this service, Wellfest visitors could undergo three basic health screenings free of charge: blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar checks.
Regulatory Affairs Director of Dexa Medica, Asriningtyas Purnomo Sari, stated that Dexa Group is committed to supporting the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) in encouraging public awareness regarding health and the selection of safe, quality health products. According to her, these efforts must be pursued continuously through education alongside access to preventive healthcare services.
“For Dexa Group, building a healthy lifestyle is an ongoing process. We aim to consistently introduce initiatives that deliver tangible benefits while encouraging the public to make health a part of their daily routine,” said Asri.

Beyond offering healthcare services, Dexa Group’s booth incorporated educational messaging through interactive activities and games with prizes. This effort represented a collaboration among several brands within the Dexa Group ecosystem, including OGB Dexa, GoApotik, Dkonsul, and Stimuno.
This collaboration integrated Dexa Group’s varied capabilities, spanning health products and distribution to digital health services. Through this synergy, visitors gained access to health screenings as well as practical information tailored to their daily wellness needs.
Indonesian Biodiversity: The Future Potential of Wellness Products
In addition to promoting routine health checkups, Wellfest 2026 served as a platform to highlight the growth of the wellness industry and the potential of Indonesia’s natural resources. Indonesia possesses vast biodiversity that can serve as a foundation for developing health and wellness products.
Director of Community Empowerment and Business Actors for Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics at BPOM, Syamsidar Thamrin, emphasized that health and beauty are increasingly viewed as long-term investments in personal quality of life.
“Beauty and health are no longer secondary needs—they are long-term investments in our quality of life. As a regulator, BPOM is here to ensure that every product on the market is thoroughly tested and not merely following a trend,” Thamrin said.
Thamrin added that Indonesia’s rich biodiversity and natural ingredients hold strong selling points for wellness products on the global stage. However, development must prioritize natural, sustainable, and eco-friendly practices that deliver genuine benefits to consumers.

One example of utilizing Indonesian biodiversity in health products is Stimuno, which leverages meniran (Phyllanthus niruri) as a natural ingredient to support immunomodulatory functions. Stimuno’s presence at Wellfest 2026 introduced the practical use of indigenous natural resources in health products through an accessible, interactive format.
Through the interactive “Guess the Germs” activity, visitors learned more about pathogens and the importance of maintaining immune health in an engaging, lighthearted way. This activation completed the Dexa Group booth experience, following visitors’ health screenings and consultations.
Dexa Group’s participation in Wellfest 2026 demonstrated how promoting a healthy lifestyle can be achieved through multiple avenues—from encouraging regular checkups and providing consultation access, to health education and showcasing Indonesian biodiversity in consumer products.
Ultimately, building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle begins with simple habits practiced consistently. Through ongoing initiatives, Dexa Group continues to support the Indonesian public on their journey toward healthier lives.
